Well I had the pleasure of making my first trip to the Narragansett Townhall on Tuesday January 17th, 2023. I had the best experience, of course I didn't know exactly where I was going, but was fortunate enough to have a lovely town employee named Heidi see me, and instead of running away and hiding, she immediately asked me what Department I was looking for, and knowing that if she directed me to my location I was probably going to get lost in the building and or perhaps vanish forever. So she very nicely walked me to the correct floor and then sent me to my desired destination. Good news is since I am reviewing obviously I made it. Heidi thank you for smiling and helping me find my destination. Little things mean so much, your smile, helpfulness and pleasant personality were the three things I needed to make my visit to the Narragansett Townhall a five star experience!!!!
