Judge Molter should be removed from the bench immediately. He is a danger to the public, and a disgrace to his oath.

This is the worst town to be caught driving in speeding or not, they tired to keep me in jail for an 8 year warrant, only let me go because the statute of limitations ran out.

Abhorrent behavior by presiding judge (which should be held accountable by the local constituency) as exhibited by May ‘22 video which can be seen on YouTube Channel CHandTYaudits posted within the last week. Every American should be alarmed by this authoritarianism creeping into our society.

Appears that Judge Daniel J. Molter likes using the US Constitution as toilet paper as he wipes his dirty deeds with it, disregarding his sworn duty to serve the law rather than abuse the law. Just go on youtube and check the video titled, "Judge Tells Bailiff That Man Isn't Breaking The Law, But Wants Him In Jail Anyways." Know the law and your rights. Keep their feet to the fire.
