Best Town Clerk and staff. Getting records, filing paperwork, getting licenses, or helping to find answers. Very organized office and obviously very credentialed staff. I've never had such professional and friendly Town Clerks office experience. I have dealt with many town clerks offices and owned property or lived in New Milford, Brookfield, Danbury, Bridgeport, Monroe, and Seymour. Newtown's Town Clerk is the top shelf. (Not to mention me living in Burbank California and Long Island.) I do not think Newtown residents understand how important a Town Clerk is until you get a bad one. I would not change what they are doing at this office.
