The Court House is no longer the Court House. It is under construction. Most of the offices are in the Annex Building.

County courthouse, on the smaller side of the ones I've seen. Got my marriage license here no problems.

The entrance has what looks like a speed bump. I tripped and fell. Went to ER and found out that I broke my shoulder.

Friendly people. Like walking through the past before people took care of everything online. People here still do business face to face. Albion is a friendly refreshing community.

I’m unsure of the judge I had. I was set up to fail and my words were not taken into consideration. The officer was dishonest and it was his word against mine. It makes it very hard to have faith in our justice system when the citizens are forced to pay outstanding amounts of money due to dishonest officers and a dishonest court system. ( preaching to the choir, right? I’m normally not this person ) It’s unfortunate especially when good people who try their best daily get sucked into the court routine. An extra bill (fine) here and there that so many can’t afford .. then it doesn’t get paid so add another until now your in jail because you can’t pay pay pay. ( which is my personal fear. What if I can’t make this? I’ll end up with nothing. ) Although I am upset because I know the truth that was dismissed, it’s also upsetting that we haven’t found a better way. Why isn’t community service offered as an option instead of payment ? I could more easily offer time than money I don’t have as I’m sure many others could. Thankful I don’t live in this county and have to rely on its officers and court system, as it is clearly very unjust.
