Today my son was supposed to have an appointment for a physical ..were a couple of minutes late signing in due to sign in was a little packed and running late as well . Doctor sent someone out to say she would not be seeing him as he was late due to there signing in system. Guess Dr patrylo is still salty cause I went above her in another issue. He hasn't been seen there since.

*They take Gateway(Medicaid) which is a big plus!* When it was being built I was thinking oh great another building with medical offices. I didn't think I would set foot in there. Well, I ended up getting referred here to do my physical therapy. The location is convenient. It's right near route 22. Ample parking. When you walk in, it's big and open. Check in is right there. You can miss it. The two ladies that I see there on a regular bases in the morning are very nice and friendly. The people for physical therapy are also quite friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues so far. The place is very clean, which is something that I look for. After going there a couple times for physical therapy. I ended up switching my primary doctor to there, as well switching my kids to see the pediatrics there. It's nice to have everything at one location. However, I did research and check out the doctors before switching. They have great reviews and have been really great so far. I highly recommend checking them out.

Dr. Natalie Bieber is an exceptional doctor! I highly recommend her and this facility. Dr. Bieber was extremely thorough and compassionate, she is very knowledgeable and even followed up after appointments. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I will not go anywhere else.

Went here today (9/7/2024). I was attended by staff Michelle. Michelle was professional, friendly and overall gentle. Michelle was so good in taking out blood that I never felt the needle. I recommend this place, it is clean and the staff are very nice.

My husband had a colonoscopy at the facility and I can't say enough good about it! It was spotlessly clean from the waiting room to recovery. Doctor Anthony Auteri was caring and kind and explained everything in detail that we could understand. The anesthesiologist kept me calm and explained his part. The nurses and assistants were amazing! They always were with him. At one point my husband got a bit apprehensive and a kind nurse named ASHLEY talked to him and put her hand on his shoulder and SAID don't worry...we will all take care of you. It is the perfect place if you must get a colonoscopy. I am a retired nurse and I can honestly say that this place was cleaner than most hospitals!
