I'm not impressed. Drove three hours to CC to file a disclaimer for real property. They took my money and sent me the stamped copy with the county stamp and then told me it was incorrect. Instead of the address of the property, you had to use the description/name of the lot. So why didn't they tell me then--before taking my money? I sent a follow-up document and its back in my hands for something else. Came back addressed to me in an unprofessional manner. Cut out the return address from my envelope and taped to one of theirs and returned everything back to me, including a--document with some handwriting at the bottom. Didn't even check off the box when they write their comment about the form of payment I submitted. They also added a three page document showing the different fees. So why did you send it to me? They I also send in the incorrect amount?? When I called to ask the question about it, they seemed bothered and didn't want to take a minute to answer two questions. I serve my country for 24 years and this is the treatment I get. Don't try doing any business with them over the phone.

Simple question. No answers. Anyone know why the Beach patrols here have gotten so rude and hateful to anyone looking like they mite camp, even when you have a sticker... but it is OK to drive drunk in a golf cart harassing people. I have never seen so many old drunks driving scary on a beach as where on Bob Hall area this weekend.
