I’m a little perturbed, to say the least! I had called the vitals office to inquire about getting my two children’s birth certificates. Couple things here: 1. Why in the world don’t we get a birth certificate for free?? And I’m referring to the first copy. 2. Why is it that, I call, tell you I’m in fwb and that I’ll just come to the office now and when I show up......your closed??!! Apparently they close at 4p........I was there at 4:01p.....no freaking joke. AND the ladies in the window opposite of the vitals office asked what I needed, I feel as if she works in vitals. Do you think she went to just grab me a paper application....nope! I live in Crestview, now I have to come back. Jesus!
