Called the local Health Dept , listen to the menu, made my selection. The lady who answered the phone was short tempered, rude , saying “ You have the wrong number. The rudely said I’ll give to a different number , you have the wrong number! She then gave me a number that I had to ask her to please repent and then it turned out to be the wrong number. She needs customer service training or fired. BTW I am a 30 yr retired ER Nurse.

Dr. Paul Jennings with SSM Health on August 1st, 2024 told me my abdominal pain was just bad period cramps and gave me birth control pill. Set up another appointment for August 14th,2024 to do an ultrasound. On August 12th, 2024 I sent him a message describing a burn hot pain in my abdomen and I was concerned about an infection and requested lab work. He messaged me back August 14th saying he would order lab work. I attend my appointment the 14th later in the day upon receiving the message and after my ultrasound was "clear" he gaslit me saying the pain was just bad cramps continue the birth control pill and refused to run labs. I end up at the ER because another doctor i had to wait weeks to see ran labs and told me go straight to the ER. So September 6th I received a CT scan which showed a non functioning right kidney, partially blocked left kidney, swollen intestines l, and a pocket of free fluid in my abdomen in the area I described the hot lava sensation in my abdomen that the Dr said the ultrasound was normal. The ER was an SSM Health owned hospital and after hearing the nurses loudly discussing me Infront of my door saying I was being transferred to another SSM facility to be operated on by a Urologist and Nephrologist because they were going to remove the right kidney I signed out against AMA and went to OU. OU was able to save my right kidney. After the months of surgeries, tube in my back, and a lot of trauma I'm able to send this email without hyperventilating. I contacted SSM Health on the blatant medical neglect and malpractice and they informed me it was my fault and Dr. Jennings was not at fault. It was my fault because I didn't provide clarity on my pain or proper medical history but it shows on his notes and in my audio recordings that I told him every bit of accurate and up to date medical history. Everything is in his records. Also SSM health has messaged me using the MyChart app calling my by the name of Micheal Linder for financial help when I called to report this to SSM the woman on the phone told me that didn't happen yet it's still sitting in my MyChart app inbox. I would appreciate this being investigated. At the bare minimum they almost cost me my kidney and I am now terrified that patients have been murdered due to SSM HEALTH blatant lack of accountability and common sense to address clear evidence of malpractice. I sent that in to the department of health along with the screen shots proving everything stated above. 1 month later I finally get a call back and guess what. "Theres nothing we can do with this information" Oklahoma is a complete joke.

Might as well throw all the phones away there. They won’t answer been calling for almost 2 hours every extension and nothing… can’t tell me no one is sitting on their butt by the phone at this place. Professional for a state building lol

Had to pay 'Vitalchek' $25 TWICE for the birth certificate I asked for because the OSDH employees are so utterly and completely incompetent, and they screwed the original request up so thoroughly by trying to send my request off to 'some other department' so they wouldn't have to do any work, that my request apparently ended up in their bureaucratic black hole. After 6 weeks of trying to get a birth certificate to be able to get a (eye-roll) 'Real ID' just so I can get on a plane, I ended up being sent a snail-mail letter saying I apparently needed a 'court order' for something, etc. (I absolutely DO NOT need a court order to get a simple birth certificate) and their contact number went to a robot that said 'they are experiencing high call volumes,' to leave a 'detailed' voicemail and only calls with the 'request number' would receive a response (WHAT NUMBER? I have gone through my email log, 'Vitalvchek' never gave me a number and there is NO NUMBER WHATSOEVER on their snail letter...) We pay taxes, then we still have to pay some random online company $25 (...TWICE!) to get OUR OWN BIRTH CERTIFICATE from the state of Oklahoma and these clowns can't even answer a phone. VILE. BTW I still don't have the birth certificate, so who knows if I'll have to end up paying $25 a third or a tenth time. Who knows if I'll ever receive a birth certificate at all...

Went there to find out that the cashier left three hours early, and you’re not allowed to drop off paperwork, so screw them, and screw me.
