The employees were very kind and welcoming! My wait was a bit long but no worse than any other health clinic.

Worst ever! Was told to be there at 8 on the dot! And I did! Only to sit for 3 hours unattended.. Waiting and all I was there for was a checkup! Staff is the slowest in the business! Worse place ever! If you have other options I suggest you exercise those!

People here can’t smile. They just want to help you so they can help the next person and get to the end of the day. Don’t expect any customer service. Tell them what you need, fill the forms, and get out. I hope I never need to come here again. Easy to access and good location in a cute neighborhood though!

We understand it is a public service so it is not going to be the best facility. If you are not pressed for time, go ahead and go, if you like to maximize your time, too much of a risk, because you can be sitting there seeming like no good reason. Next time I would rather pay more somewhere else and have my appointment processed decently and in order. 1 hour for a 2 minute signature.

I cannot express how horrible this place is. I was here before 8. they didn’t unlock the doors until 8:06. they were RUDE and only two people were polite in the whole building. the nurse I was stuck with has NO niceness in her entire body. the wait times when you’re the ONLY person is ridiculous when the whole process isn’t even 5 minutes. You’d have better luck driving across the country to a random health clinic and still be home with better service and results before they’ll even realize you’re still waiting on them. I wish zero stars or negative stars were an option.
