The vital records has seperate rules than the rest of the state. I miss wrote a date on a wedding license and they charged the couple an extra fee and made the witness sign again. Every other county allows for human error but not this county.

Walked from work to get new drivers license only to find out after filling out paper work and standing In line for awhile, that the camera was broken. No sign telling people, nothing on the Websight letting people know. Would suggest if this ever happens again that you might post something somewhere so people don’t waste their longer than normal lunch hour.

Terri helped me with my passport and she couldn't have been any nicer. She had all the answers, treated me with respect, and made sure the whole process was smooth and accurate for me. She is an exemplary employee.

Went in to get passports for my husband and myself. The person that helped us made it so easy and stress free. Needed additional document, she knew what we needed, was able to get everything put together what I felt record time. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

A somewhat lengthy line moved fairly quickly, got a BC and Real ID in one stop. The staff was nice, and metered parking was available nearby. To the East of the thumb in the sky. 😏👍
