This public health is not good service. I had bad covid for few day and my wife came to do covid test this morning. But the service man tell us will give result in 15 minutes. We waited there for 15 minutes and no one person come after my wife got test. So we came to hotel waitng for text messages. After one hour still no message. My wife called and sent a text again. Then we got message of negative result. I think the service man totally forgot, so we do not trust this public health. Wasting our tax money.

I have had the best experience with Ouray County Health. I got my booster shot in August. I just got a rapid covid test, one of seven cars waiting, and all of the staff were professional, efficient, respectful, and personable. I moved from Colorado Springs (big city) to Ouray a year ago, and I feel more informed here than I did in a city of 500,000.

Everyone at Ouray County Public Health is so kind and helpful. The free COVID testing they provide is such an incredible service for our community - it's always quick, safe, and easy. Nurse Becca in particular is a true highlight. She gave my little one her very first shot the other day and was SO great with her!! Gentle, patient, and thorough! We love Ouray County Public Health - thank you for all that you do!
