Yall need to hire people that actually wanna work for the people. These ladies are always rude when my husband goes here. Today he had a simple question and the rude lady who thought she knew everything was you guessed it! Wrong! We didnt need to go get our car inspected. Just irritating that these people hold their heads so high when you work as a clerk in a rundown town. You aren't any better than anyone else here. I can't wait to move because im sure its because we are one of the only interracial relationships around here.

Needed to have a title transferred and as soon as I walked in the door they asked me what I wanted and informed me that they close for lunch in 5 minutes. Which they did. Right in the middle of transferring the title. I was told to come back after lunch. That was not possible for me to do. Why on earth must they close for lunch? There were about 6 people working there. Why don't they rotate lunch hours? Closing for lunch seems a bit outdated and ridiculous for a clerk's office who is there to serve the working public. Eta: they close from noon to 1:00 for lunch. This should be listed on their website at the very least.

They are very rude. Its like a hen house. I was informed that the new system has messed everyones info up and was told i had to go to the pva office ..nevermind the vehicles in question had been junked years before hand. So they would not renew my taxes without me doing that first, nevermind they close for lunch now and so does the pva office for an hour. I understand they have to have a lunch break but do as everyone else does and take turns, that way the office is not closed when people are trying to pay taxes and get tags. We all work and i already had to take a day off of work to just get tags for my car and like i explained to the woman i only had that time to get this done . They had no concerns about anyone else because a few other people was treated the same when i was there. So i went to the pva office just for them to ask what years those vehicles had been junked? Come on they couldnt ask me that at the clerks office? Well when i left i was told by another customer they had been making rude comments about me. Very unprofessional.

You cannot even call and ask a simple question. I called to find out where they sent some very important paperwork to us by mail because it has been weeks and we have not received it. Rita hung up on me. When I called back, Cindy literally made excuses for Rita hanging up on me, saying in the past I hung up on her. I in fact did not. Why are they old women acting like high school girls. Please hire some people who are professional with a good work ethic. These women are not professional or intelligent enough to be in their positions.
