I called because my boyfriend and I were exposed to covid over the weekend and it’s just been an absolute mess. His work will not release him for quarantine unless they hear from the health department. So I called to ensure that the Heath department has his information and knows that we need to quarantine because we have been exposed and I’ve been hung up on, bounced between different departments, and told that they can’t do anything with out his information which I am actively trying to provide. Its taken 2 hours for me to sort of get this resolved. Absolutely not okay.
