This place contains the nicest group of women. From the front desk to the nurses, I was given the very best care and provided with extremely helpful knowledge. Thank you for your wonderful attitudes as well.

Love this agency. They come out and administer my sister's vaccines every year. They are very compassionate and nurses are very professional!

This is one of the worst health clinics I have ever visited. I am a college student and I get the depo shot every three months. I pick up the prescription and bring it in to the clinic. I got a note from my doctor and everything to bring it in. The first time I came the front desk lady was very rude and told me they wouldn’t do that even though my doctor had already talked to the nurse and it was approved. Eventually the nurse heard me and got me in. Everytime after that the front desk lady acts like I’ve never been there before (which shocks me considering can’t they just look up my patient info on the computer???) and I have to get a new note from my doctor every time which makes me late for my five day window, and then I have to wait two weeks because they have to make me take a pregnancy test which I have to pay for before I get it. About the third time I had to go through this I asked to talk to the nurse instead and said I would wait for her, and the front desk lady told me the nurse wasn’t there- but then ten minutes later she came walking down the hall. I do think if they got a new lady to work the front desk I would not have this problem as the rest of the staff seems very nice and with it. I feel like I am polite, but this woman is so rude no matter how polite I try to be. I unfortunately chose to switch BC because of how difficult it was just to get my shot injected and the fact that it would cause me to be late for it every time.

Good place to go if you want to feel incompetent and undervalued. Only go here if you absolutely have to. I have been going here since childhood for immunizations and just today my Food Handlers Permit. Staff has always been incredibly rude regardless of how nice qnd cooperative I've been. They just want to sit on their phones and get annoyed when they actually have to do their job.
