The worst place ever I sat here 5 hours and the didn't know I was here. I had an appointment early that day but I wasn't told all the documents I needed so I had to go get it and when I got back nobody even acknowledged that I was there they called everybody around me and they have sign in sheet. I guess that is there for show because apparently nobody is using it

Allowing Unions to dictate Public Health Policy instead of following the Science. PDPH refusing to implent CDC and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia guidelines for keeping our children in school is grounds for calling for the compete abolishment of the agency, as well as requiring restaurants to demand vaccination cards from diners, and requiring vaccines- that do not stop Omicron from spreading-of its' Citizens in order to eat indoors at a restaurant and of Government Employees. Reprehensible, authoritarian behavior from illiberal Ideologues.

I had an issue with a vaccine dose, the dept. of health failed to accurately record of vaccine and then refused to help. Really disappointed and discouraged that, in the midst of a pandemic the health dept. won’t even help people. Know wonder Philly is doing so poorly with this.

This department is an utter joke. They do not know how to operate and issue proper regulations when it comes to small businesses. The staff do not know anything and must refer to management when you question them. The system is corrupt, and we must pay the price. Thanks to them, I had to relocate my business out of the Philadelphia Area. It was a loss to me and my staff since we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I wish I could give them a "0" rating. I already filed a formal complaint to the bureau and will file a lawsuit for my losses. Let this be a warning to all businesses in the Philadelphia area. If you must deal with this department, be prepared to hire an attorney because they will not inform you of the regulations and changes to the law.
