I called to get a copy of my son’s immunization records since his pediatrician is in Johns Creek and I am a Pickens County resident and was hung up on. When I showed up to ask for the records I was completely ignored no eye contact or anything and then asked rudely what did I want so I asked for the immunization records and still without eye contact told to have a seat. After sitting here for 20 minutes with only one other person in the lobby I still haven’t been asked my name, my son’s name or even been helped. I am thankful I don’t have to use this facility for anything other than records.
