Dirty facility, terrible attitudes, and terrible service. None of the employees showed up until it opened at 8 AM. While everyone was waiting in the lobby, they talked about their personal lives behind the glass. Two people didn’t take their stations until 15 minutes after they opened. After calling me twice to confirm my appointment and my insurance, when I showed up they told me I can’t be there if I have private insurance. I asked if I could just pay out-of-pocket and they told me no it was illegal? No one there is willing to help you at all. Nobody could give me an answer as to why they wanted to verify my insurance prior to me coming in if they did not accept personal insurance.
