Been going here for my son’s vital records. Its not the best but they have helped my whole family understand and afford it. ALOT of understaffing and rescheduleing but i still am appreciative.
The only issue I have done far is when you call their phone, you always get a busy tone and it takes forever for them to answer. When you make an appointment, just so you know that you will not be seen until about an hour after the time they set …
I can not reach anyone on the phone. The line is always busy and they don’t walk in so you basically have to keep calling and maybe just maybe someone will answer.
Department about is money, when i went there it was 100 dollars upfront or i wouldn’t be seen. Needless to say i SUFFERED for a week till i could get the money.
