Every single part of this experience was great. If you are going to get your nexplinon removed, this is the place to do it. Ann is the GOAT! Tiny incision, no pain. She is knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. The medical assistants and lab techs were polite and good at their jobs. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Just came in 8:21 AM as noted on the paper in the dental department, I have no complaints other than the lady at the reception had an attitude towards me, I was not rude to her. I said I’m in pain and asked if there’s a possibility to see a Dr today. She said she did not have information on that, and said there’s one patient waiting to see the Dr. I was unsure if I paid I’d see a doctor since she didn’t give me any sort of timeline and just said there’s one patient waiting. I asked so I will see the Dr after this patient ? She was not being clear and mocked me with her facial expressions as I walked away. I’m not sure what her name is, but I expected better treatment as a citizen and Floridian from our governmental healthcare.

The staff working between 2:00–3:02 PM today were extremely unprofessional. A client was openly laughed at for arriving early to her appointment, and it was very uncomfortable to witness. No one knows what personal circumstances someone is dealing with, and showing up early should never make anyone the subject of jokes. Many of us make a real effort just to attend our appointments. I arrived early because I secured transportation and needed to make sure I could get home safely. Instead of being treated with understanding, there was giggling and dismissive behavior. It felt tacky and disrespectful.Healthcare settings should be safe and supportive, not humiliating. I hope management addresses this so no other patient feels their dignity compromised Update- Darlene is awesome she definitely made me feel slightly better. 🫶🏾 this location need more Darlene’s

They will still let people ahead of you even if you follow the rule of walking in. Even if you come in early. Even if you're the first name on the list. You will be waiting forever so prepare to be inconvenienced. I have been waiting an hour so far. Several people walked in after me but got called right in before me. I have an Emergency situation too. It's hard to keep composure when your insurance is already not accepted everywhere in a nearby radius.

5-6-26 was a great day for me. I was going through the worst tooth pains since Saturday 5-2-26. I went to bayfront hospital and they prescribed me with antibiotics. The antibiotics reduce the pain but still I was in pain daily. I missed 3 days from work it was the worst seems like nothing was working. My mom and I went to the health department in St. Petersburg early around 8am. We talked to the lady at the front desk but once my mom heard they have to examine first and it’s not guaranteed they will pull my tooth. My mom said never mind and she going to another place. Well no luck finding another dental office plus they were crazy expensive especially if you don’t have insurance. I told my mom we will go back to health department and we went back to the front desk. We let her know we are back and she said it’s one doctor so, not sure if she’s going to pull but we went ahead and paid for everything but had to come back for the 1pm appointment. I got back at 1pm I was one of the first ones to be called to the back. I was nervous didn’t have my tooth pulled in awhile. The staff and the doctor were very nice. They took my X-rays and saw the tooth that was infected. The doctor said since I have been taking meds she can pulled my tooth today. She said I’m lucky because usually it’s a 2nd visit. I was happy. They moved me to another room and numb around my tooth. I couldn’t feel anything but pressure. It didn’t hurt at all. I’m so happy with everyone at the office from start to finish and I feel great!!!!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!!! I highly recommend using their dental services especially if you don’t have insurance at the time. Great service and a great price!!!
