I have made two appointments… both times the day of, no calls or anything to reschedule, but they cancel them cause the ONLY nurse there is out for the day, first time I had to call to confirm my time the day of, and they tell me to call on Monday to reschedule, I do and get it rescheduled just to show up to my appointment at 8 am, wait 15 minutes just to be told oh the nurse just told us she’s not coming in today again and to call back tomorrow. Very very unprofessional nurse- Update, after finally being able to get in and see the nurse, she did everything to her knowledge to help me, gave great advice and pointed me in the right direction- I guess after all the issues of getting an appointment was worth the troubles.
