This is a beautiful facility for the public to interact with local government. As a non townie what impresses me the most is the building was built without putting an extra burden on the tax payers of this community. The forefathers were able to get this building plus the Public Safety building behind this one built by utilizing funds from the local Casino (Plainridge) As long as the Slots Parlor stays open for 20 years a percentage of the profits is paying off the bond.
