The process of getting the certificates was very smooth, the lady that helped us was extremely pleasant. What alarmed me was lack of Covid-19 concern. They have clipboards with a stack of forms on them and a pile of pencils. Everyone uses the same ones with no sanatizing between users. The clipboard was old & desinigrating on the back and left residue on my pants. Not acceptable for a county office!

I can come to this place once every 10yrs and they still only have one employee to help 30 people. And they never acknowledged the people whose been waiting 5hours for 1 birth certificates. They need some help. Or they need to do better

I went here to get my kids birth certificates. It was quick, painless, no issues, barely no wait time.

One of the most unfriendliest places I have ever seen. Even when I called to ask if they were open the person who answered the phone was short with me, and not helpful. Then when I arrived I was the only person in the waiting area, no one asked me how I could be helped or anything. I grabbed the form for the birth certificate hoping I was doing the right thing and filled it out. Then I stood up to try to talk to the person behind the desk and she said “you didn’t take a number?” I said I didn’t know I had to because I was the only one here she then said “you still have to take a number.” And then said “I’ll tell you when it’s done” and just walked away. Really poor customer service.

It was an incredibly fast and easy process to get my birth certificate! The Vital statistics office in the building was practically empty and I was serviced in under 20 minutes!
