At the 2016 election, they were very helpful as I am blind. They showed me to an area ⠖⠧⠕⠞⠑⠖

0 attempt to contact us about a due tax payment, apparently notorious for entering typos in their system so you can't even look up your information to find any due taxes online. I imagine they're all still working with systems last updated in 1992.

Make sure you read EVERYTHING posted in the tax office. 14 days to clear car taxes through dmv if you use a debit card. Only warning is on the back of the computer and was told I should've read it.

Overall ,I was happy with my experience at Preston town hall except for the tax collector. Unfortunately,She was uncaring and couldn’t be bothered to listen to anything I had to say .while trying to explain the situation ,I was continually interrupted by my 4th word and simply told that I was wrong. I will be corresponding with this office by mail from here on out as to avoid exposing myself to her wonderful personality. Again , this was not typical of the other employees at all . Everyone else there was very professional and courteous.
