I am not sure how "Brittany" is still employed at this location as she is so unbelievably rude to her customers. I came in with multiple transactions at which time she informed me of taxes that need to be paid that I was not aware of. She only gave me short, uninformed answers when I asked questions. She did not ask me how I would like to pay for it and proceeded to put it all one one ticket after I already said I would have multiple payments. I nicely asked her change it and her response was "ok" as she smirked. As I left I realized she did not return my change! I am all about giving people multiple chances but every time I go through her line (not by choice) she is so short and rude. I can not understand how someone like this can work with the public. I only want someone to be compassionate and understanding especially with the year we've had. This is not her. I will not EVER be returning.

Pulaski County Clerk's Office at the old court house has some of the most friendly and helpful people of all the clerk offices I have been to. They are always in a good mood no matter what is going on and the speed of their service is top notch.

Of all the 6 county clerk's offices I've dealt with over the years the Pulaski County staff is by far the nicest and most helpful. I was transferring titles on two autos and a boat from out of state and they answered all my questions while stepping me thru the process. I dealt with two clerks and both were very polite and efficient. Your attitude and work ethic are appreciated!

It is impossible to get a hold of this office without physically going there. If you cannot go there, you are out of luck. They simply do not answer the phone or returning calls. They just tell you to call back.

I have business to conduct with the county clerks office, I'm located several hours away and doing business via phone is the only option I have. I have tried contacting this office over 100 times a day for now the 3rd day straight and cannot get a single person to answer the phone. I NEVER have this problem from any other county in the state of Kentucky, makes me wonder exactly what our tax dollars are paying for, additionally I STRONGLY advocate to anyone reading this to REPLACE Tim Price as elected official making a handsome paycheck from our tax dollars as he's not capable of running a public office adequately. (And yes I am a resident just not year round) Terrible job, and major waste of tax dollars to not be able to run a functional clerks office.
