Took a family member today to get Covid vaccine. The process was organized and the staff was most helpful. Staff worked on their holiday to give vaccines to people in the community. They are most appreciated. The faculty was very clean. Temps were taken before entering. Hand sanitizer was readily available. Thank you staff.

As someone who has worked with the public before, I feel like there is a certain way you should talk to people and present yourself to others over the phone. Confusion or misunderstanding is no reason to get an attitude with people. I tend to be forgetful but I don't think that's a reason for me to be mistreated over the phone. My in-person visits are always okay, but over the phone is always terrible. Definitely won't be using this department anymore
