Someone there doesn't know the difference between a 2 and a 1 tried to make sure my acct was good and they were very short with my questions

Quick to answer your question which is great! but the woman I spoke with had an unnecessary snooty attitude in the process of it. Maybe she needs a little prayer in her life.🤷‍♀️

Before there was this impressive structure, people may recall a much smaller structure in its place. From the rear of this building is a bird's eye view of the Mississippi River. Like the city of Chester, the courthouse sits on a bluff. For those who enjoy architecture, the brick work on the courhouse is excellent. That masonry sends a message of strength that remains constant in the passage of time. From first hand experience, know that at the core, the people of Chester reflect that strength.

James W Kelley was my public defender for a case I had at this courthouse. He pushed my case along, gave me bad legal advice and day of trial was hours late with no call to me. But contacted the state's attorney. Left me no choice but to take a bad plea because I had no confidence in him. Beware of him.....
