Its been over 3 years since I registered my car here using the online portal and they charged me in person AS WELL claiming there was a "stop payment" sent through on their end and I still never got my money back. Its okay. They have odd hours that effect the working class. Most of the city and towns do this which I could never understand. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. What i didn't realize is how expensive it is to register a car in NH now. Between that and taxes christ.
