I just got off the phone with someone in the probate department & she was extremely rude. She didn’t understand my question that I had to explain 5 times. Once she answered it she just hung up the phone.

I have not been able to reach the Justice of the Peace. I received a citation and live out of state. Instead of posting an amount to pay, they give you a court date and contact info. I've been calling for 2 weeks with no response. Update since posting I have called twice more finally getting an answer. The person answering gave me more than enough info and helped me. I still don't think it should be this hard to make contact.
