You can't reach the Refugio County Clerk at their posted numbers. It's either busy or it sends you to a voice prompt telling you to dial a certain extension in order to speak to someone, which conveniently is not setup either. This is BY FAR the worst County Clerk in the state of Texas. Get your stuff together. It's unacceptable.
