Linda Shaver and the staff at the office are great! However, I was highly disappointed today. I went in and asked a simple question hoping for help the lady at the desk was oddly rude and turned me away immediately and didn’t answer any other questions I had about fixing the problem I addressed to her. I feel uncomfortable about returning with the poor service I received. Hopefully this staff member can address her attitude properly.
