Terribly ill mannered woman at the recorders office trying to start arguments over nothing and when asked to stop she kept arguing. 😑

Front desk security was so kind and helpful. So were the people helping my mother with her passport application. It usually isn't always this smooth of sailing but overall was good today 😊🤠

I was astonished at the friendliness, helpfulness, and quick service! We walked in the door and within seconds, someone asked if they could help us find an office. She sent us upstairs and when we got there and stepped into the hallway, someone else immediately asked us if they could help us find something! When we got to the recorder's office, the lady there was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am beyond pleased. Government offices aren't known for their friendly, helpful service, but Rice County went above and beyond.

Called this morning spoke with a gentleman. Very knowledgeable, very respectful, informative. Just called back and the women was rude, 1 word answers and vague with a condescending undertone. Considering this. I will use another office! Faribault at its finest i am sure!
