This place never answers the phone, and if they do your placed on hold and hung up on. You go in and the office staff are on their phones scrolling, and talking about everyone. Jessica is very rude and unprofessional and when called out on her mistakes she tries to blame other colleagues. Appointments get scheduled and rescheduled several times due to their "mistakes". I have been going here for over 20years with no problems and in the last 3 years this place is gotten horrible. Some of the doctors/nurses/staff are wonderful. But this place is a mess needless to say...

Waited 6 months to be established as a new patient again, even though I was seen there a year ago. Went into my “scheduled” appointment and the rude front lady said that my appointment was was canceled because there isn’t a doctor available. Waited 6 months. For this appointment!!! They said they called but I went into may call log and voicemail and nothing. This place is horrible…

My doctor Ms. Melaney Su has truly been one of the most supportive people I’ve had in my healthcare journey. During my pregnancy, she stood by me not just medically, but personally as well, especially when I was dealing with challenges at work. She advocated for me, supported me, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She’s not just focused on appointments or billing, she takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you understand your care and options. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. She also makes herself available when it matters. If I have an issue, I can usually be seen the same day or within 24 hours, which is incredibly rare and appreciated. After experiences with other doctors who felt more focused on money than patient care, finding her has been a blessing. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide the right information, the right treatment, and real support. I’m beyond grateful to have her as my doctor.
