My husband and I drove from WIlmington to get our Covid vaccine. It was a very smooth and organized procedure. There was a greeter and then someone to shuttle you along until you made it all the way to the room where you wait to see if there are side effects. My only complaint is that it is such a sad looking facility. It needs a face lift desperately. Just because you are in a bind and need the help of the government doesn’t mean the place should look so tired and “used”.

Waited over an hour to get my child two shots. Wasn't asked for any sort of identification. Any staff I did see in the lobby (the 4 people not behind a counter) were either looking at magazine's or their cellphone. After our hour wait we were called back for approximately 30 seconds for his jabs, where they barely asked for the patients NAME!!! Staff is clearly bored, and rude. Only came here because apparently no one else does immunizations. 🙄🙄🙄 Ridiculous to say the least.

I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen, and I had an appointment! I will never come back to the doctor here. Very unprofessional.

Maybe the county should make sure they don’t hire people like April who mutter under their breath on the phone thinking I can’t hear it.
