Cassandra is very helpful and professional. Having lived here in Rockdale for 20 plus years I have never observe anyone of the court be so kind. I had lost a permit and she was able to help it get reported and replaced very fast. She even got it to me for a cheaper replacement price even though most of our talks were over the phone. There is no hassle or long wait with Cassandra! She gets things done. Cassandra should be recognize for her work!

First off, the GPS does not take you to the right place. Then when you walk in the court house, people talk to you like a child advising the court house is clearly marked on the corner. Then you walk down. There is a front door, but no, you have to enter in the back door. Now you're inside. There is a $4 fee to use a card. You hand them cash. They tell you oh we don't give change........... $10 in change. So you walk back to your car in the rain. Very inconvenient for someone picking up a death certificate. No one treated me with kindness or respect. I hated everything about going here.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Mary Hawk, who resolved a particular situation that arose from an issue involving someone working under her supervision. She was polite, attentive, and handled the matter respectfully and without bias. Mary clearly explained her resolution, which was both fair and appropriate given the circumstances. The clerk’s office is the first line of contact for public interaction, and the professionalism shown there reflects directly on the court and the judge. Mary’s dedication to explain everything—even when she did not have to—was truly tremendous. As a family who values integrity, ethical behavior, honest behavior, and accountability, we deeply appreciated the sincerity and transparency she demonstrated. My daughter’s complex situation was made easier because Mary took the time to truly listen and respond with care. Furthermore, Mary showed her dedication to acknowledging and resolving conflicts that arise under her scope, ensuring that every concern was handled with fairness and professionalism. Your Honorable Mary, thank you for your words of empathy and encouragement, and for offering compassion while still upholding your civic duties to the public. Your professionalism made a meaningful difference, and we are truly grateful.

Most unknowledgeable person I've EVER met is working the desk here. LaConnie needs some retraining 1. On hospitality and empathy ( cause you work with the general public) and 2. Why u don't know anything? Are you new here? Total waste of time after already having to fight GPS to get here. BTW GPS tells you it's on the wrong side of the street

I spoke to Tye at the court requesting assistance accessing a file and she spend more time than necessary walking me through how to solve the issue I was having. She was patient, courteous, helpful and insanely professional. All within minutes of the court closing on a Monday afternoon. Simply the best, nicest and most helpful court clerk I have ever spoken to-- and I deal with probate courts all over the country for a living. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Tye deserves a raise and a very nice lunch. Thank you again!
