This office is so stupid.. In order to get a call back or talk to anyone for anything you gotta call between 8 and 9 in that hour window ONLY!!! You can't even go to the facility and make the appointment there.. not just that, if you need to call them for a phone appointment and don't call in that window they shut off your wic. I had my daughter and went to the office with a spinal leak from the epidural and they wouldn't see me and my daughter because we didn't call first..

While the office is clean and neat, there is only ever three people working, in order to get an appointment you have to call ONLY between 8-9 and if you don’t call within that hour you’re s.o.l. When you do call you get a voicemail telling you to leave your name and number for a return call only God knows when they’ll actually call. And you can’t do walk ins and they’re extremely quick to cancel benefits.

The dentist lady's are so mean, they put so much pressure in your mouth and so much attitude. I got a cavity filled and it fell out a month or two later. They don't do their jobs well they are rude and so aggressive. It's horrible go anywhere else if you can!

Went for free condoms. Walked up to the front desk and asked for them, received them immediately in a discrete package with no questions asked. This is the only place in Salisbury that I know has this resource available. As a college student it is extremely helpful. Thank you for providing them free of charge! It really makes a difference.
