Full of resources and great workers only down side was the social services workers never listen to you and what you had to say other then that I like this place.

I used to thing they are helpful, but now I think they're nothing but a bunch of unscrupulous people who do nothing to try to keep natural families together. The Rusk County Human Services did almost NOTHING to help me try to get my sisters but they cater to a lady I don't even know and treat me like I have NO RIGHT TO KNOW what's going on in my sisters' lives.

Most definitely UNSCRUPULOUS! Appears that B Jones is in the back pocket of numerous social services that are SUPPOSED to protect the most vulnerable. They ALL hide their 'secrets' behind closed doors (closed records)--hmm guardian, payee, nursing home...hmm judges & attorneys too?!? Lots of small town secretes, backroom deals & under-the-table money...hmm very interesting NO wonder records are sealed!?! Honesty & transparency is NOT their policy!!
