The state needs to take a serious look into this office! Never received my birth certificate ..said it was lost in the mail. I call bs…over a year later and nothing. I’ve given up and just gonna go through the county I was born in. Half the price, no hassle, and I just learned that a family member can pick it up for me because I’m out of state.

I am mortified of the phone etiquette of this place so rude, mean and bitter I clearly stated what I was calling about and the clerk started to give me steps for a different issue, I informed her Its already been completed and she stated that's not what I said BUT IT WAS, I was so speechless I couldn't deal she said she would give me the number to call to handle what i needed when this was in fact the place to do what i needed to do! I was so done

I called ahead of time and spoke to a reps. Ask if this office was open and he said yes. I said if I go in today are they open? He said yes. So I check the website and it says it closes at 5pm. Cool so I thought. Drove there and door was locked. Looked inside and there was a reps sitting behind the window. Waste of my time. Disappointed I rush to get there at 3:40pm and before closing time at 5pm. This website needs to update their new business time and hours of operations. I would've gave it a 5 ⭐ but not after I've been misinformed wanted my time and gas. Update your site and hours! This closes location is open. They don’t know basic state law and get aggressive if you ask questions to try to understand what they are telling you so you can respond correctly. The office is run by an elected official.
