Horrible customer service. Mexican guy that was rude and not giving explanations to questions that he already has answers to. Based on these reviews I would make sure to go in expecting a battle.

I called ahead to be sure I would get the services I needed done. The lady who answered was very snippy and sarcastic. I had several questions, however, she had a way of making me feel dumb for even asking. I did not appreciate her tone and attitude.

Absolutely horrible and beyond atrocious quality of customer service. I was treated like a child and told to "stop talking" when explaining my situation when asked by the lady in vital records! I cannot believe people are allowed to treat customers AKA members of the community with such disrespect. If you are not fond of your current place of employment and occupation then leave and find an alternative; treating others with disrespect is unnecessary. I cannot believe I was spoken to in a mocking fashion.
