They claim to have been inspecting restaurants in Sauk County all through the Covid. They even claimed to having done them,on a FB post I called them out on. I would really live to go back to Sauk and start dining out again. I managed a restaurant in Sauk Co before and during pandemic.. I can guarantee that we were not inspected for a minimum of 2 years. I even called them and spoke to a guy who does inspections and he confirmed that they suspended them and only checked if they received complaints about any given restaurant. That's not what SCDH claims though. For real, just start inspections again so I can go to Arthurs.
