Went there 3 times in a two week period to get a copy of a birth certificate.. no one was available to help me any of the times I went.. the first time they had let everyone on vacation except one person who they sent to lunch before 11 the other two times there was a sign on the door saying no birth or death certificates today.. it's just unprofessional. Also the site says they open at eight but nobody answers the phone and you don't get a return call
