Actually is it possible to leave negative stars? The staff is rude and unhelpful. Called the day before to have everything ready, was assured it was either ready or would not be a problem. That was lie. None of the information was ready. The staff was almost hostile to the idea of having to look it up and apprarently have no clue HIPPA isn't just about keeping information private.

July 23, 2021 If your calling in, use the 800# as your more likely to get through to a real person. The lady at the front desk was covering for another employee and though she seemed rushed, she was cordial and helpful.. Get your vital records, while waiting a few minutes.

I’ve went to this place 3 times in the past 9 Months. I always felt that it wasn’t very professional but it was a nice investment. Today though when I went there, it was different. I went in to get my $25 depo shot. The staff at the front was very nice ( the brown and black haired woman ). When I went in the back, the gray haired nurse did the typical stuff like weighing me and asking questions. But it was so fast that it fault like they wanted to get rid me. Usually when I get the shot they ask which arm I last got it on because you’re supposed to put it in the opposite arm each time. I didn’t remember which I’m I did it last because it’s been three months. She didn’t check in the system on which arm I did it last. I think it’s dangerous to repeatedly use the same arm. I fault like she just wanted to give the shot as fast as possible so I could leave.
