Very unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude.

Tina was very rude on the phone, screamed at me, and then hung up on me after offering no help and calling me a liar. How is this person a county representative when she acts in this manor?

Absolutely disgusting and disturbing that an 80 year old woman who has cardiac issues, doesn't have a car and can barely walk is being stressed out to provide medical documentation to be excluded from Jury Duty. My mother shouldn't even be dealing with this nonsense. Shame on you Seneca County.
