Staff there are always very friendly and helpful! Needed some official vaccination documents for traveling and nurse Annette Selk and Gina at the front desk were a big help and so patient with my requests! Keep up the awesome work 👍🏻

Was physically visited by a representative, unannounced. Who came to my door and asked questions sternly, then summarized what seem to be my issues and said they would help me with my residence tenancy which was being threatened, and would find resources to help me. Shortly there after, I sent an email further detailing my current situation and abilities and limitations, and explained some slight preferences regarding the help they were seeking for me. I have never heard back from them. It's been almost two weeks. They said they would get right back to me with help. Unfortunately that has been the case with many agencies in this town. Most just give referrals. They don't actually offer actual help. That is all I've gotten, is referrals. This town seems to love to do fundraising, benefits, walks. To support agencies that seemingly help. I have not encountered any real help from anyone here.

Though I did not get any information at the the Human Resource center what I was looking for, I found it to not be so bad. The building itself inside and our is big, very clean and keeps a state workers standard you'd expect to see in such a place. The service was nice and quick sensitive to the topic I presented to them and very friendly and helpful over all. No complaints, I had a good quick experience at the Human Resource center and am content with what I got. Picture is of the outside of the building.

They took one of my three children with no abuse, neglected nor endangerment from a safe and happy home because and "anonymous caller told them to." Then they came after my other two lying that I was a drug addict and refusing treatment while refusing to drug test me. After they had the baby (for no reason) they did the paperwork wrong with an incorrect name, address and phone number so that no one could contact me at all to verify anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU LIVE THERE NOW, AND HAVE KIDS... MOVE.

We need this agency to stay intact. All their programs are engineered to benefit not only the city of Sheboygan, but all the communities in all of Sheboygan county, whether the average person in any of our communities is acceptable or not. No one who works there is discriminatory and I have never experienced nasty behavior or disrespect on the department grounds.
