I was pleased to have my passport photo and application done here! Diana was most helpful, thorough, and detailed. Even by herself in the office she was friendly and didn't rush me through. I recommend you get your passport photo done here.

I was renewing my passport as an adult for the first time and needed my passport photo taken. The woman doing it for me was very rude and wasn't very helpful in helping me understand the process even though I let her know that it was my first time doing it. I left the building still unaware of what the next steps were and feeling stupid. I don’t think it was necessary to treat someone this way, and would not recommend coming here unless you are familiar with the process.
