Just called to get some healthcare information. The person with whom I spoke, I believe it was the receptionist, was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

The front desk has a bad attitude seems to always have something negative to say. I've only been in twice and didnt feel welcome. They also require masks, but multiple people in the office do not wear masks and/or once they are done speaking with someone they just take them off. Not following the policies that are placed apon them or what they are trying to make others follow. Lead by example and maybe get a more approachable receptionist.
