Like a maze in the building, however, the people there are more than helpful and navigating the building was a breeze.

I went in to the auditors office and I don’t know if it was because I’m younger , but they did not treat me like a human being or adult. They acted as if I was just some tweaker when I was just trying to find out what I could do for my vehicle after washing my title and registration on accident . They are not personable and treat you as if you are dumb .

There's a young lady in the auditor's office with medium height and brown hair. She is just beautiful. I wish to goodness that I'd gotten her name. She sat with me for about a half an hour and painstakingly broke down how to handle my paperwork. I believe she was sent to me by God. I went back to give her flowers but she wasn't there. If I see her again, I'm going to give her the biggest hug and buy her lunch. Everybody else in there is a royal pain.

Over the past two weeks I have had the pleasant experience of dealing with two professional employees from Spokane County auditor’s and planning offices. The first came from Jerry E. Basler, from the Planning department. I asked him how I could divide up our acreage to give each of our children a piece of property to build on. After looking over the parcel numbers he emailed me and told me the most efficient way to proceed. The part that I particularly noticed was he gave me a precise and straight answer. I was then able to pass this information on to our surveyor who had previously surveyed a new parcel of land. The next help came from J. D. Gray, (Auditors ofice) who, with one phone call, provided us with copies of our warranty deeds. We needed these for Inland Power and Light for an easement through the three parcels prior to having them lay a power line through our property. Our thanks go out to these efficient, helpful, and qualified employees of Spokane County, WA.
