Saving people's lives. Helping them come out of the strong clutching of addiction. They do not judge, they are there just to help you! So many resources to help people who have lost everything from their stints in addiction. The staff is great! I want to say thanks to them for all they have done for me to get my life back on track and my helped me come to terms with my mental health and not feel ashamed, rejected, or anything else. I have the utmost respect for the people that commit to helping others be able to live again.

No parking extra fees for using your debit card (why it's my money) and the employees can't even do their jobs right it's been a week since my son was born and still no certificate who's not doing their job. But they can sure remove my post real quick paying 40+ dollars for a piece of construction paper that only the state offers what a joke, even though they can't fix our roads or improve our education system.

Kiosks that take credit cards don’t work. Staff don’t know why they don’t work. So you’re forced to go to the window to use a credit card where they tack on another 3.25% to the fees! Great scam Spokane county!!! You should be proud of your advanced “TECHNOLOGY” !!!!

Went pick up my daughter's birthday sister birth certificate and it was very easy. Quick process, I was in and out for 10 minutes. The lady's running the front desk room. Really sweet. Very helpful
