Cathy Sohngen was shockingly unprofessional. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. She repeatedly talked over me, barely allowing me to speak, and showed zero interest in being helpful. Her attitude alone made the interaction intolerable and reflects extremely poorly on her professionalism and customer service skills.
