Getting registered to vote has never been so enjoyable. My 4.5 year old joined me and led me to the 5th floor after we finished registering. Beautiful view from the 5th floor.

I came in for a copy of my birth certificate, once I got past all the construction going on and got to where I needed to be, I was in and out in 15 minutes outstanding, and the security staff was outstanding as well!!!!!!!

staff is very rude . i called up there The woman on the phone had a attitude before she could even answer the phone. She was yelling at me and kept repeating the same questions after I told her I didn’t have the answer to them and proceeds to hang up. Needs a evaluation on how their staffs treat people

They've removed the outside stairs to make it wheelchair accessible. There's an elevator right to your left or you can take the stairs. It's a little weird looking, but it's workable. They did a great job on the front entrance. 👏 👍
