Edit: 0 Stars! My experience was unpleasant. Very unprofessional and rude; it's extremely clear to me that training in the diplomatic area has been voided here. Donna (Mortgage Department) was impatient and honestly made me frustrated when trying to get information regarding a home. Will avoid this place at all cost if I could!

I'm confused on how the only court that's open is the one in Edgard. Everyone doesn't have transportation to get back and forth there. And if you do get someone to bring you, they are waiting hours fornyou to finish your business. Also, you can't call a rideshare because you are not able to bring a phone in the building. Tried calling RTA but no one is answering, tried to do it online but it kept saying no service. This is the most frustrating thing ever. Do better St John

Ms.Taravia, She went over and beyond to get me the information I needed and a ticket. And even walked crawl to the ticket information side to get it. You really don’t receive good customer service anymore, but this has been the best experience in a long time.

The most incompetent slow moving ignorant people I’ve ever been forced to deal with. Bad enough I have to follow a very strict dress code, but for sure take the whole day off because YOU WILL NOT BE DONE QUICKLY. My last visit lasted about 4–5 hours. They have more security guards than they have chairs. Very inefficient ineffective operation with useless people at the helm and we wonder why the world continues to morally decline rapidly.
